Low Impact Development and LEED at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc.

A living case-study for green infrastructure on a commercial site, with other sustainable LEED features throughout the facility, to realize both the economic benefits and natural environment returns from the multiple design strategies incorporated throughout the years. The LEED Gold facility was the eighth LEED-Certified project in Virginia and the first to rise above the Silver rating, as of March 2006.

This course has been approved for 1 GBCI CEU
